Cycle of 3 Monthly Meetings of Movement Medicine™
“Feeling that I can be and show myself as I really am, in the dance of my movement.”
In this series of meetings, the invitation is to dedicate the time and space to bring danced attention to the connections that nurture our daily living, at a time of historical change both individually and collectively. Like any relationship, it is nurtured when we practice care, listening, dedication and intention. Through dancing and based on the Movement Medicine map, we will be able to connect with certain aspects of the human being, to explore their connections through the language of the body and its feeling.

PRACTICAL INFO:
Time of each meeting: 9 am – 12 pm
Arrive early so we can all start together. Bring mat or blanket, water, comfortable shoes, layered clothes to stay comfortable and warm.

HOW A SESSION WORKS IN GENERAL:
You will move according to your psychophysical condition of the moment, respecting your limits and possibilities, experimenting with different movements and rhythms and music. Each session is guided and you will receive input, invitations, stimuli from my voice and on the music, which aim to activate your body to free and spontaneous dance. Feel free to welcome or not welcome the possibilities. Sessions are designed for everyone who has the desire to move and experiment. We dance alone and in groups. Basic information and a brief explanation of each topic covered will be given at each meeting.
IMPORTANT:
- Sessions are open to everyone over the age of 18. By participating in the session you take the responsibility for being in the proper mental and physical condition to move and take care of your safety throughout the session.
- The cost of the purchased ticket will not be refunded in case of no show.
- If you have purchased your ticket and due to force majeure the session is cancelled, you will be refunded the amount you paid; or you can allocate it to another session at a later date
