It is the path based on Focusing methodology, which helps you achieve a deep connection with your body and your emotions. It is about reactivating an innate skill such as listening attentively and gently to the body, thus bringing awareness to what is emotionally active in you, unlocking it and receiving valuable information.
You will be able to:
At the beginning of each session, we focus on identifying the theme that is active in you at that moment. This initial step allows us to focus on what is really important to you. Next, we move to a phase of body tuning. This relaxation phase helps facilitate openness and calm, setting the stage for deep listening.
You then get in touch with the specific sensation that emerges, observing how it manifests in your body and what words or information it carries. It is a time of listening without judgment, where you learn to trust your inner voice, welcoming it with kindness and without controlling or judging.
As we proceed, you experience a bodily change. From a situation of closure and contraction, a transformation takes place toward a feeling of relaxation and openness. This process not only relieves tension, but also gives you access to important information. With time and practice, this information emerges as a practical and useful guide for your daily life, helping you make more conscious decisions aligned with your true essence.
My job is to guide you into your relaxation, help you stay focused on the topic and act as a mirror, returning your words to you so you can better perceive what they awaken in your body. This approach enables you to recognize your deepest needs and welcome them responsibly, enriching your inner life and improving the quality of your relationships.
Inner Guide is an individual practice based on Focusing, respectful of your uniqueness, history, language and potential. It is body-centered and brings awareness and emotional healing. Founded by Eugene T. Gendlin, this practice has demonstrated how integrating body listening with cognitive therapy brings greater benefits to the person and their relationships.
In addition to facilitating one-on-one sessions, I teach small groups to focus peer-to-peer, supporting each other without any guiding responsibilities.
