Welcoming & Exploring the Mystery of the Dancing Body
In these dancing and movement sessions the participants will be invited to connect to their innate resources of being alive in their body, by accessing their full capacity of accepting and responding to the musical landscape and their own range of movement. The exploration will invite them to move within the dynamic balance of the creative universal forces of yin and yang and by eliciting their personal capacity of grounding, energizing, flowing and softening the body.
