Come dance, move with me and other people by the lake in the silence of the morning, before it gets hot and the beach fills with people.

We have a wonderful venue available to us: Nature and Water.

Dancing in nature increases the chances of being more in touch with yourself and engaging with the environment, thus having a rejuvenating effect and starting your day with the right energy.

Whether you are on holidays or live here, these sessions are designed for everyone who has the desire to move and experiment.

The Silent Disco Headphones allow you to respect your experience, respect the environment and the people around you.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SESSION:

You will have a Silent Disco headset at your disposal, and you will be able to move over a wide range, experience different movements and rhythms and music.
Each session is guided on the basis of invitations to stimulate different movements, which are aimed at activating your body to free up and engage in a spontaneous dance, fully respecting your possibilities and condition of the moment.
We dance alone and also in group.

Bring a mat or a blanket, water bottle, comfortable shoes, sunscreen. You can dance barefoot if you want to.

Sessions are in Italian and English, depending on where people come from. German if necessary.

IMPORTANT:

• Sessions are open to everyone over the age of 18. By participating in the session you take the responsibility for being in the proper mental and physical condition to move and take care of your safety throughout the session.
• The cost of the purchased ticket will not be refunded in case of no show.
• If you have purchased your ticket and due to bad weather the session is cancelled, you will be refunded the paid amount; or you can allocate it to another session at a later date
