MONTHLY EVENING MEETINGS

I designed these evening meetings to explore specific topics related to the Movement Medicine mandala. In the next sessions we will dance these aspects:
22 March | Spring Equinox
26 April | Freedom
24 May | The Power of the Phoenix

We will dance from 20.15 to 22.15. The music starts 10 minutes before the indicated time, so you can start to let go of the day, relax and bring your attention to your body.
